CEO - Melvin Gener, MSN, RN
Melvin Gener is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in intensive and coronary care. Since 2012, he has been practicing at Macquarie University Hospital, where he specializes in cardiothoracic, neurological, and complex surgical cases, as well as advanced cardiac interventions.
He holds a Master of Clinical Nursing (Cardiovascular) from the University of Tasmania and has completed postgraduate qualifications in cardiovascular nursing. Registered with AHPRA, Melvin is recognized for his expertise in critical care, leadership, mentoring, and evidence-based practice.
COO - Marlone Gener, RN
Marlone Gener is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in cardiac, surgical, emergency, and oncology care. Since 2017, he has been working at Macquarie University Hospital, where he specializes in cardiology, cardiothoracic, vascular, oncology, post-operative, and palliative care. His professional background also includes emergency and trauma nursing. He is AHPRA-registered and is recognized for his clinical expertise, strong teamwork skills, and resilience under pressure.
